Welcome, I am Tracy, owner and lead counselor at Momentum Counseling and Recovery. I work with professional women who are struggling with the impact of betrayal (infidelity) after the
discovery of an affair or porn/sex addiction by their partners. I help my clients learn the tools to manage
their anxious thoughts and feelings of depression restoring a sense of balance to their whole system.
Through our work together we will explore what led them to where they are today and create a unique
